The LSI programme
Typically 12 to 14 weeks end to end.
LSI Survey
Week 1 – 2
Each leader in your programme completes the LSI 1+2 survey and nominates up to 12 respondents to provide 360 feedback.
LSI team workshop
Weeks 3 – 5
Duration: Full day
We take your team through the circumplex framework and LSI tool in depth. A dive into leadership effectiveness and culture. Your leaders understand the model before seeing their results. Insight first, action second.
1st Coaching Session
Weeks 6 – 8
Duration: 1.5 hours
Each leader will be paired with a coach for individual coaching sessions. A dive into their results and insight into the gap between self-perception and how others actually experience them becomes visible. Often it’s a catalytic moment.
2nd Coaching Session
Weeks 9 – 11
Duration: 1.5 hours
We shift from insight into action. LSI Development Plans takes shape for your team with specific behavioural commitments.
Accountability Session
Weeks 12 – 14
Duration: 1.5 hours
The final coaching session takes place with your leader, their manager and their coach. Most coaches skip this step, we believe it’s vital to ensure changes stick.
